Ammo Wholesale USA CANNOT ACCEPT AMMUNITION RETURNS.

Many of our customers are staking their lives on the reliability and quality of our ammo. Therefore, they deserve to know that each time they purchase from us, they are getting ammunition that has not been out of the factory and has potentially been handled by others. Due to the market, some things are out of our control. So, depending on the availability of some components we use, we will substitute when necessary. Because we may be utilizing other companies’ components, performance and velocities may be different than posted! We do this for the safety of our customers.

When ordering, be sure you are ordering the exact ammunition you want as we will not accept returns for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS: We stand by our product 100%. If you have any issues or concerns, please Contact Us. We always take care of our customers. Cancelled orders will still be charged the 6% credit card fee that we are at the time of sale as well as the return shipping if product is already in transit.

Ammo Wholesale USA Requirements for Purchasing Ammunition:

We ship only to United States citizens and resident aliens that meet all other legal requirements.
By ordering ammunition, you are certifying that you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien and that it is legal for you to receive and possess any products ordered at your shipping address.
Due to the complexity of state and local laws, you (the customer) must check to see if a product is legal to import into your state and locality.

Federal Age Requirements for Purchasing Ammunition:

Rifle ammunition: You must be at least 18 years to order ammunition for use in a rifle.
Handgun ammunition: You must be at least 21 years to order ammunition for use in a handgun.
Federal law also prohibits the purchase of ammunition by minors, drug addicts, convicted felons, illegal aliens, the mentally ill and those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Additionally, there may be state or local laws that prohibit you from receiving ammunition.

Ammunition Restrictions:

Please read the list of the restricted areas. Please check your State, County, and Local laws for restrictions. We will NOT sell or ship restricted items to anyone in a restricted zone. It’s the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply to all Federal, State and/or Local Laws.

NOTE: For all orders shipping to locations with limitations, it is the Customers responsibility to provide all required and necessary documents in conjunction to state/local law(s) in a timely manner. CT, IL, MA, and NJ Orders will be processed and retained FOR 24 HOURS ONLY until ALL requirements are met for the order to be released and shipped. CA and NY orders will NOT be accepted until documents are received. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Instructions for California Ammunition Sales:

To purchase ammunition, we are now required (per CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR EXECUTIVE ORDER) to ship only to Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers (no 03 FFL's) and that also have a California State Dealer's License.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MUST FIND A DEALER WILLING TO ACCEPT AMMUNITION TRANSFERS. HAVE THE DEALER E-MAIL US THEIR FFL TO HAVE ON FILE, info@ammowholesaleusa.com. WE REQUIRE A PHYSICAL COPY. ONCE THE CUSTOMER'S BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE DEALER IS COMPLETE, THE CUSTOMER CAN THEN PLACE AN ORDER. *ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT HAVING DOCUMENTS SENT FIRST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
Any subsequent ammunition order must also have the same FFL information on the new order AND the Dealer's FFL must still be current and valid (we will check the FFL per the ATF website, FFLezcheck).
NOTE: No order for AMMUNITION to California State will be accepted without providing the REQUIRED CA Dealer FFL information FIRST.

Instructions for Connecticut Ammunition Sales:

REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER;
To purchase ammunition, we are required by Connecticut state law to obtain a copy of your current CT state issued ID that shows picture, address, and date of birth and one of the following Permits;

Permit to carry Pistols or Revolvers
Valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver
Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate
Valid Ammunition Certificate

Instructions for Illinois Ammunition Sales:

REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER;
To purchase ammunition, we are required by Illinois state law to obtain a copy of your FOID cards AND state photo ID submitted via e-mail to info@ammowholesaleusa.com
If DL or ID is expired, we also require a copy of the 4-year extension on the back of the ID.
Orders will be processed & retained for 24 hours ONLY until sufficient documents are received by Ammo Wholesale USA.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
FFL Dealers must provide a copy of their FFL, NO C&R's accepted.

Instructions for Massachusetts Ammunition Sales:

REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER;
To purchase ammunition, we are required by Massachusetts state law to obtain a copy of one of the following Permits;

Current MA state issued License to Carry that shows picture, address, and date of birth
MA State Firearms I.D.
Dealer FFL. (This can be used if you choose, we will ship to the address on the FFL.)

To purchase ammunition, we are required by New Jersey state law to obtain a copy of your N.J. Firearms ID (Front side ONLY) AND NJ state ID, submitted via e-mail to info@ammowholesaleusa.com
All documents MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.

Instructions for New York Ammunition Sales:

To purchase ammunition, we are required (per NEW YORK GOVERNOR EXECUTIVE ORDER) to ship only to Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers (no 03 FFL's) and that also have a New York State Dealer's License.
BOTH THESE DOCUMENTS MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
ALL NEW YORK RESIDENTS MUST FIND A DEALER WILLING TO ACCEPT AMMUNITION TRANSFERS. HAVE THE DEALER EMAIL US THEIR FFL AND DEALER'S LICENSE TO HAVE ON FILE, info@ammowholesaleusa.com. SECTION 6- SHIPPING

All orders shipped from Ammo Wholesale USA will be shipped via UPS Ground. Ammunition is considered “restricted” and has to be labeled as such. This restricted label on our package means it cannot be overnighted or sent Two-Day Air or 3-Day select.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some states have restrictions on ammunition shipments. It is your responsibility to comply with all local and state laws.

SECTION 7- RETURNS

Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on Ammunition.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
